2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Used, washed, or damaged dog beds not caused by a manufacturing defect

  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@braggboost.store with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for sending the item back.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


5. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.


6. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
